So I read part of an article in which JKR talked about the fates of some characters, but I must not have gotten the real pay dirt until just now - this article has JKR just clearing up things all willy nilly. i.e. character occupations, etc.


By the time of the epilogue,

Harry and Ron are both Aurors, and Harry is the department head. They've "revolutionized" the department.

Hermione is "pretty high up" in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement (basically, she's a lawyer).

Luna is a naturalist.

Also, JKR said she was starting to feel a romantic pull between Neville and Luna.

Me? I'm a little gleeful over Hermione being a lawyer. Why do I suddenly want to write a fic about her taking the wizarding version of the LSAT"?
